Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old to use Sugar Daddy Ottawa. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will use the service only for personal, lawful purposes.

2. The Service

Sugar Daddy Ottawa provides a platform for consenting adults in the Ottawa-Gatineau region to meet for dating and form mutually agreed connections. We provide the venue — we are not a party to any connection, agreement or relationship between members, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity; harass, pressure or threaten other members; request or send money, gift cards or financial details through the platform for fraudulent purposes; use the service to advertise or solicit any commercial or illegal services; scrape or harvest member data; or share another member's private content without consent. Violations result in removal.

4. Content Standards

Profiles must use genuine photos of yourself and respectful language. Explicit imagery, hateful content, and content involving minors in any context are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities where required by law.

5. Financial Conduct

Connections between members are private matters between those members. The platform never processes member-to-member support and will never ask you to pay another member through us. Any profile requesting fees, deposits, gift cards or banking details should be reported immediately.

6. Verification & Moderation

We review profiles and investigate reports, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of any member. You are responsible for your own safety decisions; please follow the guidance on our safety page.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload, granting us a limited licence to display it within the service according to your privacy settings. The site's design, branding and content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of members, interactions between members, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where safety requires it.

10. Governing Law
